Primitive neuroectodermal tumours (PNETs) are highly malignant neoplasms usually seen in bone and soft tissues. However, uterine primitive rare occur women with a median age of 55 years. Awareness the occurrence PNETs uterus its recognition is important as it associated advanced stage disease follow potentially aggressive clinical course. We presenting case central tumour (PNET) postmenopausal woman, who presented abnormal bleeding. There was friable exophytic necrotic mass replacing endometrium invading myometrium. The displayed sheets rosettes, both Homer wright perivascular type, appearing small blue cells containing round to ovoid nuclei scant cytoplasm. were positive for CD56, synaptophysin, vimentin, CD 99 FLI-1 confirming diagnosis tumour, type. negative AE1/AE3, CK 8/18, desmin, P16 chromogranin.
